The minimum amount of time one can be on the RESET Program for is 21 days but there is no maximum time one can be on the diet protocol, however we recommend a maximum of 90 days.
 

Below is the Program Phase Timeline based on 21 days.

The amount of days spent in Phase 2 (VLCD) depends on the desired amount of weight loss.
